CourseNexa provides an AI-powered tutoring platform that allows course creators to turn their content into interactive AI tutors for their students.

4. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the course content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CourseNexa a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your students.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.
